The Ministry of Finance announced on Wednesday that an International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission has launched the sixth review of Jordan's Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program and the third review of the Resilience and Sustainability Facility (RSF) program in Amman, assessing progress achieved in implementing economic and financial reforms. The IMF mission commenced meetings with the government's economic team and the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan to discuss economic, financial, and monetary conditions, evaluating compliance with agreed targets and benchmarks under both programs, according to the ministry. The ministry confirmed to Al-Mamlaka that discussions between the governmental team and the IMF mission will continue over ten days. (ICE AMMAN)
