The Libyan Council for Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy (LCOGRE), the private sector lobby association, is organizing the Libya Oil Industry Localization and Investment Forum.The event will be held at a leading hotel in Tripoli from 25 to 26 October.Speaking exclusively to Libya Herald today , LCOGRE Chairman, Khaled Ben Othman, said ''The event will gather all the relevant government and private sector entities totaling about 200 participants.It aims to strengthen the strategic partnership and support the localization of both oil sector industries and services in Libya. This, with the broader aim of developing the Libyan economy and opening the investment horizons as well as the transfer of experiences and technologies to Libya''. (ICE TRIPOLI)
