Dubai Square, the 2.6 million-square-metre retail, hospitality, and commercial mega-project located within the AED 180 billion ($49 billion) Dubai Creek Harbor development, has unveiled plans for a fully air-conditioned, designer-finished parking environment. Expanding on Emaar's December 2025 announcement of the world's first drive-through mall, the project aims to integrate arrival and departure spaces directly into the luxury retail experience rather than treating them as separate, utilitarian infrastructure. Spearheaded by Mohamed Alabbar, the proposed parking areas will feature unified climate control, high-end interior finishes, architectural ceilings, ambient lighting, intuitive wayfinding, and integrated hospitality services. By elevating the first and last five minutes of each visitor's journey, Dubai Square seeks to establish a new global benchmark for customer mobility and large-scale retail design. (ICE DUBAI)
