PFII TO START IN JAKARTA AS BALI SITE AND IMPLEMENTING RULES REMAIN UNDER REVIEW
Indonesia plans to launch the Indonesian International Financial Centre (PFII) initially from an existing Danantara asset in Jakarta, while its Bali location, also expected to use Danantara-owned land, remains under evaluation and could take two to three years to develop. PFII is intended to attract global capital by offering an international-standard ecosystem for banking, capital markets, fintech, family offices and commercial dispute resolution, supported by tax relief, golden visas, streamlined licensing and repatriation guarantees. However, the outstanding implementing government regulation and uncertainty over the Bali site leave important operational, regulatory and incentive details unresolved.Source: https://www.cnbcindonesia.com/news/20260821064924-4-761124/pfii-segera-beroperasi-di-jakarta-bali-masih-dievaluasi?utm_source=chatgpt.com (ICE GIACARTA)
