The China-ASEAN Alliance for Lifelong Learning was officially launched at the International Forum on Digital Empowerment for Lifelong Learning. Serving as the first permanent multilateral platform for regional lifelong learning, the voluntary coalition includes founding members such as Guizhou Open University (acting as secretariat), Indonesia’s Universitas Diponegoro, and institutions from Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia, and China.
