LX HAUSYS SECURES SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR HIGH-END ITALIAN KITCHENS "RASTELLI" IN SE

LX Hausys is supplying 'Rastelli,' an Italian high-end kitchen furniture brand exclusively imported into Korea, to a major Banpo reconstruction complex. The company announced on the 9th that it has been selected as the official kitchen furniture supplier for 'Banpo DH Classest' in Seoul, the largest reconstruction complex in the Gangnam area, and is currently preparing to supply its 'Rastelli' product line. This follows a recent project where LX Hausys successfully supplied 'Rastelli' kitchens to 'Busan De Fine Gwang An,' where resident move-ins began last month. 'Rastelli' is a leading Italian high-end kitchen furniture brand featuring collaborations with world-renowned industrial designers such as Karim Rashid and Ferruccio Laviani. The brand is highly regarded for maximizing user convenience through ergonomic designs, tailored cabinet configurations, and premium aesthetics, making it a top choice for luxury residential installations worldwide. LX Hausys is leveraging this partnership to establish a strong foothold in both the global and domestic premium markets, currently operating showrooms in approximately 80 countries. Domestically, the brand is generating significant interest, particularly across major reconstruction complexes in the Seoul metropolitan area. To capture both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) demand, the company operates high-end interior showrooms, including the 'Roncell Gallery' in Samseong-dong and the 'LX Z:IN Flagship Shop' in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul. These showrooms display a diverse lineup of top-tier kitchen furniture, including iconic signature collections such as 'Rastelli Kook' designed by Karim Rashid and premium systems from 'Cucine Lube.' In the domestic imported kitchen furniture market, dozens of foreign brands compete aggressively. However, a significant number of these brands are managed by small and medium-sized local agencies, which often results in inadequate after-sales service (A/S) and supply chain instability exacerbated by volatile exchange rates. In contrast, LX Hausys plans to rapidly expand its share in the premium B2B and B2C sectors by leveraging its long-accumulated corporate capabilities, ranging from professional kitchen design and stable logistics to flawless construction and reliable long-term after-sales service. A representative from LX Hausys stated, "As the trend toward high-end kitchen interiors spreads rapidly, we will continue to deliver unmatched value to our customers by combining the premium design of world-class Italian brands with our institutional stability, superior construction quality, and robust after-sales infrastructure."   (ICE SEOUL)
