UAE-based real estate developer Arada has launched Arada Capital, a new fund management arm designed to secure external investment for its project pipeline. Based in the Abu Dhabi financial center, the fund aims to manage $5 billion in assets within four years, initially focusing on Gulf real estate before expanding into infrastructure and private market investments.Chaired by Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed, the venture provides Arada with a new source of capital at a time when regional lenders and investors have become more cautious about Gulf real estate following the Iran war.Since its founding in 2017, Arada has initiated more than 11 projects across the UAE, Australia, and the UK. The developer states its total project pipeline is valued at 130 billion dirhams ($35.4 billion). (ICE DUBAI)
