Driven by robust international confidence, the UAE also maintained its second-place global ranking for greenfield projects for the third consecutive year, with 1,562 announced initiatives—such as OpenAI's 1 GW "Stargate UAE" AI compute cluster in Abu Dhabi—spanning core sectors like manufacturing, communications, and real estate. This milestone positions the country well on its trajectory toward the National Investment Strategy 2031 goals, which aim to boost annual FDI inflows to AED 240 billion ($65 billion) and expand total FDI stock to AED 2.2 trillion, further supported by the newly established $10 billion National Investment Fund.
