Vivo Energy announced on Wednesday the completion of its acquisition of 100 percent of Total Energies Marketing Jordan, including a network of around 180 service stations, as well as its commercial fuel and lubricants operations. Vivo Energy Chief Executive Officer Stan Mittelman said the deal marks a key milestone as the company expands beyond Africa into Jordan, a market he described as having strong potential and a respected workforce.
