This expansion was driven by a massive surge in Corporate Tax registrations, which topped 245,000 applications, alongside tens of thousands of new VAT and Excise Tax registrations. To manage this increased volume, the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) heavily invested in digital transformation and artificial intelligence to boost operational efficiency, transaction speeds, and service quality. This modernization effort, coupled with extensive taxpayer education and digital outreach campaigns, successfully supported growing customer engagement and pushed overall customer happiness to an impressive 93 percent.
