INDONESIA AND BULGARIA MOVE TO BOLSTER TRADE, INVESTMENT, AND STRATEGIC TIES
During a working visit to Sofia, Indonesian Deputy Foreign Minister Muhammad Anis Matta met with Bulgarian officials to strengthen strategic bilateral partnerships. Both nations committed to expanding trade and investment by leveraging the upcoming Indonesia-EU Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU-CEPA). Key cooperation areas include the halal industry, sharia economy, creative sectors, and mutual tourism promotion. Additionally, the ministers launched an anniversary logo featuring the Garuda and a lion to commemorate 70 years of diplomatic relations since 1956.
