The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, in cooperation with the European Union (EU), held a closing workshop on Wednesday to discuss the findings of a study on "Options for Using Electric Vehicles for Power System Applications in Jordan," under the EU-funded Technical Assistance to the EU Support to Green Economy in Jordan project. Participants highlighted the importance of using electric vehicles and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies as innovative solutions to enhance grid flexibility, improve the use of renewable energy, and support Jordan’s energy transition goals, the ministry said in a statement.
