Samruk-Kazyna net profit falls 2.9% in 2025Kazakhstan's sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna posted a net profit of 3.214 trillion tenge in 2025, down 2.9% from the previous year, according to its consolidated financial statements.Revenue rose 14.2% to 18.772 trillion tenge, while gross profit increased 6.4% to 4.252 trillion tenge.Total assets reached 44.243 trillion tenge at the end of 2025, up 7.6% year-on-year. Equity rose 7.4% to 27.18 trillion tenge.Share capital grew 4.6% to 5.797 trillion tenge, while total liabilities increased 7.9% to 17.062 trillion tenge.Return on equity fell to 11.82% from 13.08% a year earlier, return on assets dropped to 7.26% from 8.05%, and return on sales declined to 17.12% from 20.13%.The book value per common share rose to 7,120 tenge from 6,549 tenge at the end of 2024.Samruk-Kazyna manages Kazakhstan's largest strategic assets, including the country's oil and gas, transport, logistics and energy companies.
