Altynalmas sells copper asset for 1.07 bln tenge to subsidiary of Gouden Reserves B.V.Kazakhstan’s gold miner Altynalmas has sold a 100% stake in Anissimov Klyuch to Gouden Reserves Kazakhstan Limited, a subsidiary of the Netherlands-based Gouden Reserves B.V., according to a statement posted on the Astana International Exchange (AIX) website.“AK Altynalmas JSC (‘the Company’) hereby informs that the list of the Company’s subsidiaries has been amended, namely on June 5, 2026 the transaction was completed in relation to sale of 100% participatory interest in the charter capital of Anissimov Klyuch LLP by the Company to Gouden Reserves Kazakhstan Limited for the price of 1.07 billion tenge,” the statement says.Therefore, on June 5, 2026 Anissimov Klyuch LLP withdrew from the list of Altynalmas’ subsidiaries.Anissimov Klyuch develops a copper deposit in the East Kazakhstan region. Altynalmas acquired the asset in June 2025.Gouden Reserves Kazakhstan is a holding company registered at the Astana International Financial Centre in May 2024. Parent company Gouden Reserves B.V. holds a controlling stake in AK Altynalmas JSC.Altynalmas ranks among Kazakhstan’s top three gold producers by both output and resource base. The company operates assets in five regions of Kazakhstan: Zhambyl, Karaganda, Abai, Akmola and Pavlodar.According to data from the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, Vladimir Dzhumanbayev holds 22.63% of the company’s shares, and Gouden Reserves B.V. holds 66.39%.Bloomberg previously reported, citing sources, that Kazakh businessman Shukhrat Mutalip is in talks to buy stakes in Altynalmas from the current owners.
