Indonesia and Saudi Arabia are strengthening bilateral cooperation in Halal Product Assurance (JPH) to boost the global halal economy. Head of the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Body (BPJPH), Ahmad Haikal Hasan, emphasized that their 76-year diplomatic relationship is highly strategic for the rapidly growing international halal trade. Following meetings with Saudi Ambassador Faisal Abdullah Al-Amudi, both nations discussed expanding investment and trade synergy. This international cooperation builds upon existing agreements between BPJPH, the Saudi Halal Center (SHC), and Gulf Accreditation Countries (GAC).
