Kaspi.kz plans dollar eurobond offering with indicative yield of 6.375%-6.5%Kazakh fintech holding Kaspi.kz plans to issue dollar-denominated eurobonds, with bookbuilding underway Tuesday, according to a statement from the Astana International Exchange.The indicative yield on the five-year notes is 6.375% to 6.5%, with interest paid semiannually. Coordinators and bookrunners are BCC Invest, Citigroup and JPMorgan. The offering is scheduled for April 28.Fitch Ratings assigned the issue an expected rating of BBB-(EXP), which aligns with Kaspi.kz's long-term issuer default rating of BBB-.Kaspi.kz integrates online payments, peer-to-peer transfers, personal finance management and online shopping. The company operates on three platforms: payments, marketplace and fintech. The group includes Kaspi Magazin, Kaspi Bank, Kaspi Pay and Kaspi Travel.In early 2025, Kaspi.kz acquired a controlling stake of 65.41% in Hepsiburada, one of Turkey's largest e-commerce platforms, which offers 264 million products across more than 30 categories.As of April 1, 2026, shareholders included Baring Funds with 21.24%, Mikheil Lomtadze with 21.95% and Vyacheslav Kim with 19.76%.
