The Lower House on Monday approved the 2024 Jordan-Italy loan agreement and the amended 2026 Competition Law returned by the Senate, and referred the Civil Status, Traffic, and Real Estate Ownership draft laws to specialised committees for review. During a session, chaired by Speaker Mazen Qadi and attended by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan and the ministerial team, lawmakers approved, by majority, the Financial Committee’s recommendation on the draft law ratifying the 2024 loan agreement between Jordan and Italy.
