Ukraine has received from the European Union the full set of requirements necessary for its accession, marking a significant milestone in its European integration path. The conditions for the final three negotiation clusters were handed to the Ukrainian delegation in Brussels.These include Cluster 3 (Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth), Cluster 4 (Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity), and Cluster 5 (Resources, Agriculture, and Cohesion Policy).With this step, Ukraine now has—for the first time—a complete package of benchmarks covering all six EU accession clusters. The remaining three clusters—Fundamentals, Internal Market, and External Relations—were delivered in December.The government emphasized that the next stage involves implementing the required reforms, closing negotiation clusters, and ultimately signing the accession treaty.
