Finance Minister Abdul Hakim Shebli announced that foreign grants to Jordan are projected to reach approximately 734 million dinars in 2025, matching the level targeted in the 2025 budget law. In his address on the 2026 draft budget, Shebli noted that the budget deficit after grants is projected to remain at the same level as the 2025 estimate—around 2.258 billion dinars, equivalent to 5.2% of GDP.
