The Minister of Industry, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, announced that the Non-Oil and Gas Manufacturing Sector (IPNM) remains the main economic driver. In Q3 2025, manufacturing grew by 5.58% (YoY), again surpassing the national economic growth of 5.04% (YoY). Manufacturing contributed 17.39% to the national GDP in Q3 2025, maintaining its position as the largest contributor. Key growth subsectors included Basic Metals (18.62%) and Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals (11.65%), driven by strong domestic and export demand.
