ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE’S REAL ESTATE MARKET IS REBOUNDING: THE NUMBER OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES WITH NEW SALES IS INCREASING.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, around 222,000 new apartments have been completed. The highest numbers are in the Kyiv (84,900), Lviv (27,700), and Odesa regions (24,300), according to the LUN real estate portal.As of October, 1,500 residential projects had units for sale, with Kyiv leading at 409 (27%), Lviv at 259 (17%), and Odesa at 114 (8%). Over nine months of 2025, sales began in 174 residential complexes, a 12% rise compared to the same period last year. The most significant increases occurred in Kyiv and surrounding regions – by 61% (37 new complexes) – and in the Lviv region, by 24% (52 new complexes).During the war, the largest growth in apartment sales in new complexes has been in Lviv (up 24%), Kyiv (18%), Ivano-Frankivsk (15%), Zakarpattia (9%), and Ternopil (5%).
