Green Factory, a Polish producer and market leader in vegetables, salads, and fresh ready-made meals, has finalized an agreement to acquire three Eisberg companies from Bell Food Group – in Poland, Hungary, and Romania. After obtaining all required regulatory approvals, the acquired entities became part of the Green Holding Group, to which Green Factory belongs. This acquisition will bring Green Factory's revenues to over PLN 1.3 billion.Green Factory, together with its foreign subsidiaries, will strengthen its position in 12 countries in the region, supplying products to millions of consumers every day from 8 factories in the CEE region, employing over 1,500 people.Green Factory is a Polish family business and a leading subsidiary of the Green Holding Capital Group, which has been consistently growing for nearly thirty years.
