Iraqis ranked first in non-Jordanian property ownership transactions in Jordan during the first eight months of this year, with 333 properties purchased. They were followed by Saudis with 266 properties, Syrians with 149, and Americans with 113. Official data shows that non-Jordanian investors completed 1,526 property ownership transactions during this period, marking a 13% decline compared to the same timeframe last year. These transactions included 887 apartments—down 11%—and 639 plots of land—a drop of 16%. The total estimated value of these properties reached approximately 123.4 million dinars, reflecting a 9% decrease year-on-year.
