Italy’s Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Edoardo Rixi, and the head of the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC), Pierluigi Di Palma, led an Italian air transport trade delegation to Benghazi last Thursday (4 September).Six technical agreements signedENAC reported that the Italian delegation was welcomed by a large Libyan team including representatives of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund and the management of Benghazi’s Benina Airport Authority.
