The government should develop a competitive tariff policy for all modes of transport by the end of this year," Tokayev said.He explained that the government needs to adopt a special program aimed at stimulating container transportation specifically. It should also include effective measures for the development of multimodal routes."A rational and clear tariff policy plays a key role in enhancing competitiveness and increasing domestic transportation," the president said.
