"This matter falls under the jurisdiction of 3-4 institutions and finds no solution." He ordered the government to develop an action plan for a "fundamental update" of the investment system in the shortest possible time.The president emphasized that all organizational work for investment attraction would be personally overseen by the prime minister, but noted there was no need to establish a new ministry.
