LICENCE GRANTED FOR "BAGHDAD HILLS" HOUSING PROJECT
The National Investment Commission (NIC) has granted the investment licence for the Baghdad Hills project, one of the largest residential, recreational, and commercial developments in the capital.Located in the Al-Rafeel area of Baghdad, the project will feature 6,333 apartments distributed across 50 towers of 19 floors each, alongside 2,300 standalone villas. It is designed as a fully integrated community catering to a wide range of residents.In addition to housing, the project includes:40,000 m² of modern commercial space;A fully equipped school with advanced educational facilities;A professional-standard golf course;Expansive green areas and water features integrating nature with modern living.The project will be implemented by Imkanat Al-Tatweer.According to a press release, Baghdad Hills is seen as a landmark step in reshaping Baghdad's urban housing landscape, combining luxury residences with recreational and commercial services, and setting new benchmarks for integrated residential projects.
