PROFITS OF CHINA'S MAJOR INDUSTRIAL FIRMS DOWN 1.7 PCT IN JAN-JULY
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, profits of China’s major industrial firms fell 1.7% year-on-year in Jan-Jul 2025 to 4.02 trillion yuan ($552 billion). In July, profits of major industrial firms declined 1.5% year-on-year, a narrower drop than in June. (ICE PECHINO)
