Two investment schemes expressed interest in the international tender process for the concession of exclusive right to produce, manage, operate, promote, and generally exploit the State Lotteries (Kratika Lacheia) for at least 10 years, the Greek Superfund said on Wednesday. Specifically, the two interested parties are, in alphabetical order:- Brightstar Global Solutions Corporation and- OPAP Investment Limited.Following the evaluation of the envelopes submitted, the candidates fulfilling the preselection criteria will be invited to take part in the tender's second phase, during which they must submit binding offers.The right to the State Lotteries includes in the concession the following: Scratch, the Housing State Lottery, the Popular Lottery, the State Lottery on behalf of Social Awareness, the National Lottery, and the Extraordinary or Special Lottery, the latter drawn by the European Association of State Lotteries (AELLE).
