Zallaf Libya for Exploration, Production, and Refining of Oil and Gas has unveiled a development plan for the Al-Atshan field, aiming to produce 140 million cubic feet of gas per day in the coming years. The project is expected to strengthen gas supplies, meet domestic market needs, and contribute to the national economy.The plan was presented during a technical meeting at the National Oil Corporation (NOC) headquarters in Tripoli, attended by the corporation’s technical and financial departments. Discussions covered the company’s overall operations, future projects, production targets, and the proposed budget for next year, according to an NOC statement.Zallaf also reviewed its 2025 achievements, including the launch of production at the Al-Shadar field in January, which now produces 2,500 barrels of crude oil per day along with around 9 million cubic feet of associated gas.
