THE Department of Energy (DOE) on Wednesday said it is partnering with the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) to integrate scientific data into the country’s energy security and disaster readiness. The collaboration involves combining Phivolcs’ GeoRiskPH platform with DOE’s Energy Disaster Information Management System (Edims).
