The Base Index data, an indicator reflecting the condition of Polish e-commerce based on the results of 3,000 online stores, has been published. It shows that in July, e-store revenues increased by 3.4 % compared to June. This is the result of a 3.2 % increase in the number of orders and a 0.2 % increase in the average basket value. On an annual basis, sales increased by 8.5 %. The number of orders increased by 7.2 % and the average order value by 1.1 % to PLN204.6. Cross-border sales recorded a significant increase of 18.2 % compared to last year. Its share in total e-commerce sales amounted to 18.5 %.  (ICE VARSAVIA)
