Singapore ranks highest in Asia-Pacific for access to hybrid work and stands amongst the top countries where employees actively consider sustainability when choosing employers, according to Reeracoen and Rakuten Insight Global. The study, based on insights from over 12,000 professionals across 12 Asia-Pacific economies, reveals that 68% of Singaporean workers now have access to hybrid work models—the highest rate in the region, and more than 20 percentage points above the APAC average of 46%.
