The Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs of Indonesia, Airlangga Hartarto, on Thursday (31 July) confirmed that up to 1 million tons of CPO and volumes of PKO would enter the EU with 0% tariffs under the IEU-CEPA, with 3% tariffs above quota. He said the EU had initially resisted including palm oil but eventually agreed due to demand.
