The slowdown can be seen particularly in the number of tenders announced in the first half of this year. Although the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways promised to launch proceedings worth PLN 13.5 billion this year, by the end of June it had managed to announce proceedings valued at a total of PLN 1.3 billion. Assumptions for the first half of the year were almost three times higher. By the middle of the year, we also have relatively few contracts signed for a total of PLN 2.3 billion. Meanwhile, in the corresponding period of 2024, their total was almost PLN 7 billion.
