FREE trade agreement (FTA) negotiations between the Philippines and the European Union are moving forward with market access talks scheduled to be held this October, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said. “We look forward to commencing market access negotiations by the next round,” the DTI quoted Trade Undersecretary Allan Gepty as having said during the third round of the negotiations in Brussels last month.
