The Vietnam Private Sector Forum 2025 (VPSF 2025), led by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs’ Association (VYEA), will run from July to September with the goal of fostering a transparent, modern development environment. Under the direction of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and in coordination with VINASME, the forum focuses on value chain autonomy, constructive governance mechanisms, and the global integration of Vietnamese strategic capabilities. It aligns with key Party Central Committee resolutions on digital transformation, law reform, and private sector development. VPSF 2025 will include three phases: local dialogues across 10 regions, thematic sessions with ministries and experts, and a high-level plenary chaired by government leaders. The event will culminate in a joint statement and a Vietnam Private Sector White Paper 2025 with specific policy proposals. Additionally, VYEA plans to launch a business-friendliness evaluation tool for cities and provinces and train 10,000 CEOs to boost leadership capacity in the private sector. (ICE HO CHI MINH CITY)
