Operating under a public-private partnership, the exchange includes an online platform and a shared sci-tech database to ensure transparency and integration. It offers technology listings, equipment for sale, and access to 150 consultants and brokers. The exchange is designed to connect businesses, organisations, and individuals with new technologies to drive productivity and competitiveness. Planned enhancements include online transactions, consulting on finance, IP, and tech transfer, and real-time statistics on market trends. While Vietnam has issued several policies on digital transformation and innovation, experts stress the urgent need for businesses to adopt advanced technologies and improve value-added production. The platform builds on the success of national events like Techmart and Techfest, and aligns with global practices showing that tech exchanges are vital to knowledge-based economic growth.
