Indonesian investment giant Danantara is allocating 20% of its US$7 billion capital for international ventures, aiming to establish a global footprint while dedicating the remaining 80% to strategic domestic projects aligned with national priorities. CEO of Danantara, Rosan P. Roeslani, who also serves as Minister of Investment, emphasized Indonesia’s vast development potential and infrastructure needs as key drivers for local investment, supporting the country’s 8% economic growth target. With the ability to leverage its capital up to five times, Danantara could mobilize up to US$175 billion in investments over five years, significantly boosting job creation and economic activity.
