Baraka for Real Estate Development and Investment Company has joined forces with global lifestyle hospitality operator Kerten Hospitality to launch The House Residence Al Salam District in Jeddah. The official signing took place during the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) Riyadh 2025, marking a key milestone for both companies. Spanning 45,000 square metres, the mixed-use development is set to become a landmark community in Jeddah’s Al Salam District, blending residential, cultural, and lifestyle elements in a walkable, human-centric environment.
