The Vietnamese government has approved a $1.5 billion investment by the Trump Organization and its local partner Hung Yen Hospitality to develop a massive golf, tourism, and urban complex in Hung Yen province. Spanning 990 hectares, the project will feature two golf courses, eco-residential zones, a commercial urban area for nearly 30,000 residents, a theme park, and social housing. Scheduled to begin construction in Q2 2025 and complete by Q2 2029, the complex aims to boost regional connectivity and tourism along the Red River corridor.
