The UAE has unveiled the  Downtown UAQ  project, a 25 million sq ft coastal development in Umm Al Quwain featuring three districts (North Beach, Trade Centre, South Beach). It will include a trade center, hotels, offices, entertainment, and homes for approximately 150,000 residents. Partnering with Sobha Realty, the project emphasizes innovation and sustainability, dedicating over 50% to green spaces and featuring a major Free Zone to attract global investment.   (ICE DUBAI)
