InPost has acquired the British parcel delivery company Yodel, instantly becoming the third largest UK courier, and the acquisition builds on the partnership established between InPost and Yodel in October 2024, when Yodel began providing last-mile services through InPost’s “locker-to-door” service. As noted by InPost, the acquisition will allow it to achieve several strategic objectives, including accelerated UK growth and market share expansion as well as unique offering for merchants. Commenting on the deal, InPost’s founder and CEO Rafał Brzoska has noted that it marks a pivotal milestone in InPost’s journey to revolutionise the UK delivery market as well as the Group pan-European presence.
