SATS’ Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has been awarded a new five-year cargo handling contract with Emirates SkyCargo’s cargo arm at Frankfurt Airport. Under the agreement, WFS will enhance Emirates’ cargo operations at Frankfurt Airport, which serves as a key hub in its European cargo network, by providing secure and efficient handling services. Frankfurt Airport has a freight division offering a weekly cargo capacity of over 1,400 tonnes.
