Kazakhstan's industrial output grows 6.7% in Q1 2025Kazakhstan's industrial production reached 14.078 trillion tenge in the first quarter of 2025, marking a 6.7% year-on-year increase, according to data released by the Bureau of National Statistics.The extractive sector, accounting for 46.7% of total output, expanded by 6.1% to 6.575 trillion tenge. Manufacturing production grew 8.7%, reaching 6.4 trillion tenge and representing 45.2% of industrial activity.The utilities sector experienced contraction, with electricity/gas/steam supply declining 2.8% to 1.03 trillion tenge.
