Polenergia, a listed energy group that generates energy from conventional and renewable sources, has established cooperation with Polish e-commerce leader Allegro and as part of this arrangement, entrepreneurs having an Allegro Business account will be able to buy green energy directly from Polenergia. Payments for electricity will be made via Allegro while 10 percent of the value of each invoice will be credited to the account of a given entrepreneur who will then be able to use these funds for further purchases. Meanwhile, as indicated by the latest statistics compiled by the Energy Regulatory Office (URE), in 2024 a total of 17,770 businesses changed their electricity supplier, over twice more than a year earlier.
