Mirdef Alqashouti, the new chargé d'affaires of Qatar's embassy for Afghanistan, met with Noorjalal Jalali, acting minister of public health. According to the Ministry of Public Health, the meeting focused on the construction of a 400-bed hospital in Kandahar by Qatar, the provision of medical equipment, and the capacity-building of healthcare staff. The acting minister emphasized the importance of Qatar’s cooperation in these areas.
