Iraq's Council of Ministers has approved the awarding of the Third Offshore Pipeline Completion Project tender to an Italian-Turkish consortium.Italy's Micoperi and Turkiye's ESTA Construction will be given 757 days to complete the project.Micoperi describes itself as a leading contractor in the oil and gas offshore business for more 70 years; ESTA describes itself as a contracting company operating as a general contractor and project designer in international construction market.
