THE Marcos administration secured approximately P65.4 billion worth of funding support from Japan for big-ticket infrastructure projects as well as health and climate change initiatives. Agreements were signed during the 15th Philippines-Japan High-Level Joint Committee Meeting (HLJCM) on Infrastructure Development and Economic Cooperation that was held in Manila on Monday.
