KazMunayGas invites UAE’s ADNOC to invest in  Kazakhstan’s oil and gas projectsKazakhstan’s national oil and gas company, KazMunayGas (KMG), has invited Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to invest in its oil and gas projects, aiming to enhance efficiency and strengthen strategic ties between Kazakhstan and the UAE.The discussions took place during a working visit to the USA by Askhat Khassenov, Chairman of KMG, where he met with ADNOC’s CEO, Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber.“I am confident that the partnership between KazMunayGas and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company will not only significantly improve project efficiency but also further strengthen the strategic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates,” Khassenov said.The two sides explored opportunities for collaboration in geological exploration. "KMG has prepared three new promising projects for seismic exploration as part of its geological study program,"  according to a statement.In addition, the parties highlighted the significant potential for collaboration in the petrochemical industry, leveraging ADNOC’s global leadership in the sector. They also discussed opportunities for cooperation in energy transition and information technology.ADNOC, a leading diversified energy group founded in 1971 and fully owned by the Abu Dhabi government, operates an integrated network of enterprises spanning the entire energy value chain.
